Will I receive proof of my attendance on the course?
Yes, we will provide a CPD certificate of attendance. These are emailed to attendees once the course has been run. You will then be able to upload this e-certificate to your portfolio.

Do you provide course handbooks?
We aim to keep paper to a minimum! We do provide attendees with copy of the course presentation; this is issued by email following the course . We are happy to provide suggestions for pre and post course reading materials. Please email your request to

Do you provide a receipt for my payment of the course fee?
We appreciate that individuals may have applied for study leave and wish to claim reimbursement of the course fee. You will be able to print off a receipt for your course fee at the time of payment to use to support any claims for reimbursement from your employer.

Do I need to pay the full course fee at the time of booking?
If you book more than 8 weeks in advance of the course date you may opt to pay a 20% deposit to secure your place. The balance of the fee will be due 8 weeks before the course date. We will issue a reminder of the outstanding balance to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please note the 20% deposit is non-refundable should you fail to attend or be unable to take up your place. This is because we are contracted to pay our venues and the other costs associated with running the course.

If I am unable to attend can I transfer my place to a colleague?
Yes, we are happy to look at this. Please email your request including the names and contact details of those involved to

How do I let you know of any access , specific requirements or special dietary needs?
Our on-line booking form includes a free format text box for you to make us aware of this. If you prefer, let us know via the email address or contact number above.

Are your courses just for doctors?
We welcome bookings from all clinicians and healthcare professionals for all our courses. Some of our closed courses are attended by nurses, other healthcare professionals including NHS Managers as well as by doctors. The feedback that we receive about the mix of delegates is positive; this encourages discussion, perhaps to look at an issue from different perspective as well as the opportunities afforded for networking.
